A small Healthcare services company is seeking a Help Desk Administrator.  You will be the Help Desk Administrator "go to" person. Up for the challenge?  This is a hands-on position that will require quickly learning the entire technical and application infrastructure.

Duties:

  1. Provide software & hardware support for PC's and laptops in a Windows 7/10, Office 365 environment.  Includes anti-virus and application, thin/thick client software, and remote VPN.   Ensure that software licensing is strictly enforced.  
  2. Triage tickets from the corporate ticketing/help desk system for internal and external employees.
  3. Provide support for both medical and non-medical business units.  
  4. Support peripheral devices such as projectors, external storage devices, and conferencing speakerphones. 
  5. Assist more senior IT Networking and Server team members as needed.
  6. Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and/or Q&A database. 
  7. Implement PC security designs as required.  Operate in a HIPAA environment.

 

Qualifications:

  1. One or more PC Hardware and Software certification(s) required.
  2. One to three years hands on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems, Office, and email products.
  3. Mitel VOIP phone system experience a plus.
  4. Customer service focused.
  5. Experience supporting a multi-location infrastructure and user base.
  6. Must be an avid documenter. 
  7. Cool under pressure clear thinker and communicator a must!
