Our InPractice DME Division: Neb Doctors is looking for Sales & Service Professionals to join our growing team of professionals.

Job Description:

The Sales & Service Professional is the key client service position in our company. You will spend days working directly with medical practices and are the face of the company to those customers.


• This person will be responsible for ongoing follow-up visits to practices
• Additionally, this person is responsible for:
     o Deliver and follow-up on equipment in accordance with company policy and procedures.
     o Instruct the practice on the safe and proper use of the equipment being delivered.
     o Educate practice staff on the use and maintenance of equipment.
     o Complete all paperwork promptly and accurately to support the delivery and billing functions of the company.
     o Customer Service Technician is responsible for storage of the equipment. Storage area must remain clean, organized, and           must comply with all state and federal laws.
• Please note that other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Passion for quality customer service and a can-do attitude
• A minimum of one year experience in a customer service environment is required
• Strong people skills and an interest in helping to improve the lives of others
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Valid driver's license
• Lifting and loading of equipment into and out of delivery vehicle and practices is required
• Excellent verbal, written, and assessment skills a must
• Good problem-solving skills
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to concentrate on tasks and meet deadlines under stressful conditions
• Ability to maintain confidential patient and company information
• Organization and time management skills
• Good customer service skills such as dealing courteously with the public, prospective patients, family members, and individuals within the organization
• Ability to take direction and work independently with little supervision
• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Ability to lift 35lbs

Competency:
• Ability to assemble respiratory and other medical equipment
• Ability to explain a process and educate a practice staff
• Complete forms legibly

Education/Training:
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• One + year experience in a customer service role
