We sell nationally to more than 30,000 healthcare and medical practices.  As a $40M multi-divisional sales company, we specialize in systems and services designed exclusively for the healthcare market. Our many divisions include InHealth Record Systems, InHealth Transcription and Clinical Documentation Services, InHealth Professional Services, IHPS Publications, InHealth Manufacturing and InPractice DME Services, among others.

We are in search of a Corporate Receptionist that can provide administrative support ASAP.

Job duties include, but are not limited to managing phones for multiple divisions, payment research, company e-mails, faxes, file prep, and sample research.

The ideal candidate will be well-mannered with excellent customer service skills, polite, punctual with good attendance, flourish working independently for the majority of the day but occasionally as part of a team, is organized, and eager to help and take on additional projects.

1-2 years relative experience required.

Minimum Education - Some College

  • Must speak WELL.
  • Must have your own reliable transportation.
  • Must be available to work 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday-Friday, with lunch from 12pm to 1pm.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Must be comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
  • Bilingual helpful.
